Returns Information

Can I change my mind?
You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day your goods arrive.
Goods may only be returned if they are in the same condition as they were on delivery: whole original packs must be unbroken; tamper seals must be intact; and there must be no damage to the original packaging. Temperature controlled and pharmaceutical items will not be accepted for return unless faulty.
Under no circumstances will items be accepted for return if they are damaged from improper handling or abuse, are partly opened or used or the seals or labels removed or tampered with. The returns policy applies to all of Normedica’s products except Pharmaceuticals. If you wish to return a Pharmaceutical item, please contact a member of our team.
When returning goods to us, please include your name and address, invoice or order number and full details regarding the item/s being returned. The cost of carriage of non-faulty returned goods is the responsibility of the customer. The company accepts no responsibility for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
Specially ordered products
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept any returns on any specially ordered items outside of our normal product range, unless the product is faulty. Customers will be notified if the product is a non-refundable and specially ordered prior to placing and confirming the order.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
As soon as you have received your delivery, we ask that you check all packaging and goods are undamaged.
It is the customer’s responsibility to do this. Please take photos of the damaged packaging if possible.
If you need to return an item you have purchased due to damages, please call our team on 0191 286 7799 within three days to notify us of any problems.
For items not collected by our own drivers we recommend that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of postage for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit to us.
What happens if my order is faulty?
If your goods are faulty, you are entitled to an automatic refund, if you return within 30 days of purchasing.
Any faults outside of this timeframe may result in a replacement or repair.
