Delivery Information
At Normedica, we are committed to delivering your supplies promptly and in excellent condition.
If any items are temporarily out of stock, our sales team will source and order them for you. Back-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. You will not be charged additional carriage for these items, and we will notify you of any delay by telephone or email.
Please note that stock levels and pricing are subject to change. While we make every effort to ensure website information is accurate, some items may be subject to manufacturer availability.
Delivery Charges
Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £7.95 + VAT per order
Please be aware – this excludes bulky, heavy or furniture items.
Where additional delivery charges apply, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Highlands: £17.50 + VAT
Islands: £31.50 + VAT
Northern Ireland: £31.50 + VAT
(Delivery charges exclude VAT.)
We do not currently deliver outside of the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK may arrange collection if required.
Delivery Times
Items held in stock are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.
If there are likely to be delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product type and location.
Refrigerated Products
Fridge lines are transported in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
To maintain the integrity of the cold chain and comply with regulatory requirements, refrigerated items are supplied exclusively via our in-house delivery service.
Furniture & Large Items
Sterisets, furniture, and very large, heavy or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges.
Many furniture items are manufactured to order and may carry extended lead times. We will notify you of delivery costs and estimated timeframes before processing your order.
