Vicryl Rapide Sutures are a braded for easy handling and secure knot tying.
The suture is coated for smooth passage through tissue and easy knot tie down. Synthetic material for minimal tissue reaction. These sutures absorb by hydrolysis, complete within 42 days.
Vicryl Rapide typically falls off after 7-10 days , normally removal of the suture is not required.
