Coated Vicryl Sutures are braided for easy handling and secure knot tying. The coating allows smooth passage through tissue and easy knot tie down.
These synthetic sutures cause minimal tissue reaction. Absorbable by hydrolysis essentially complete between 56-70 days.
Vicryl Coated sutures have been sterilised by Ethylene Oxide.
