The Littmann Lightweight II SE Nursing Stethoscope is a general purpose basic entry stethoscope. It provides reliable acoustics for basic blood pressure and limited physical assessment. The cheastpiece has been designed for better orientation around blood pressure cuffs and body contours.

This lightweighted stethoscope also has a two sided chestpiece, a traditional bell on the smaller side and a tunable diaphragm on the larger side of the chestpiece. The 3M Littmann tunable diaphragm alters between high and low frequency sounds without the need to turn over the chestpiece.

Snap tight soft sealing eartips create an excellent aucoustic seal, reducing ambient noise as well as providing a comfortable fit.
