Inadine PVP-I Non adherent dressing is a topical wound dressing impregnated with 10% Povidone Iodine Ointment. This dressing is designed to protect a wound even if it is infected. Inadine may be used to prevent infections in minor burns and minor traumatic skin loss injuries.
Inadine is suitable for use in both adults and children. May be used in conjunction with systemic antibiotics. When the dressing turns white it indicates loss of the antiseptic qualities therefore should be changed. Medical supervision should be sought if using this product for more than one week.
