Delivery Information

At Normedica we are committed to delivering your supplies as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

If any lines are out of stock, our friendly sales team will be happy to source and order items for you. These back-order items will be delivered as soon as they are in stock, you will not be charged any additional carriage for them and you will be informed of any delay by telephone or email.

Please be aware that the website is not live and whilst we endeavour to make sure that the levels shown on it are correct, prices and stock levels are subject to change.

Standard delivery cost for orders  is £7.95 + VAT 

(This does not include bulky, heavy or furniture deliveries. You will be contacted directly with regards to pricing for those items)

Delivering across the United Kingdom

Items held in stock will be with you within 2 to 3 working days. You will be informed if there are likely to be any delays on the delivery of your goods.

Fridge lines are transported in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We are obliged by law and committed to maintaining the integrity of the cold chain supply system to ensure that the goods reach the patient in the condition that the manufacturer intended. We will only supply fridge lines by our own in-house delivery system.

Sterisets, furniture, very large, heavy or bulky items will incur an additional delivery charge. We will notify you about this before your order is processed.
